Listing Fee

• Each event listing requires a $25 USD non-refundable fee, paid at the time of submission.
• This fee covers the listing of one event only, and the listing remains active until the scheduled end date of the event.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, rescheduling, poor attendance, dissatisfaction, or user error during submission.

Organizer Responsibility

• Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all event details submitted.
• Organizers must ensure they have the rights and permissions to use all information, logos, images, or media submitted.
• Islandsevents.com reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any event listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

No Guarantee

By submitting an event, organizers acknowledge that Islandsevents.com does not guarantee visibility, leads, ticket sales, attendance, engagement, revenue, or any particular result from the listing.

4. User Responsibilities

Visitors and users of Islandsevents.com agree that they will not:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
